Akansin is a research scientist, his major area of interest is Crop Science, more specifically in Plant Pathology. He is currently on his PhD, pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Crop Science (Plant Pathology). He already hold a Master of Philosophy degree in Crop Science (Plant Pathology).
